The concept of renewal is found throughout the Bible, and it is clear that God places a high importance on it. In the New Testament, Paul tells us to “be transformed by the renewing of your mind” (Romans 12:2). And, we are instructed to “put away” our old way of life and “be renewed in the spirit of your minds” (Ephesians 4:23).
There are many reasons why renewal is so important in our lives. First, it helps us to stay close to God. When we refresh our relationship with God, we are more likely to obey His commands and follow His will for our lives. Renewal also helps us to avoid burnout. When we take time to rest and we are better able to handle the demands of life. Finally, renewal gives us hope for the future. When we remember that God is always with us and that He has a plan for our lives, we can face each new day with confidence. Renewal is an essential part of a healthy spiritual life, and it is something that we should all strive for. What better way to renew your mind than journaling.
